Now, the idea is great. The result is very good, given the technical limitations of the lighting etc.

I'm just sorry there are no more technical details about the photo, like EXIF. However, I assume a long exposure and a tripod were used.

What is interesting is the overall tone of the photo and multiple shadows, cast by multiple light sources. The tone is "sepia" or somewhat like that. I'm not sure if it's a true color or it was enhanced in the post-processing, but I assume there was some post-processing. I'm personally not a big fan of major post-processing, it makes photos somewhat artificial most of times. However, for this photo it makes a lot of sense.

The only thing that I could object about this photo is that the body is not completely in the frame; regarding the top part it's actually quite good, but with the left edge only a part of leg is missing, and if would be better if the whole leg was included.

However, that's all only my personal opinion. Still the photo is my favorite.

it's interesting that your more ';provocative' pieces are always represented by faceless women.

personally, I find it kind helps of stir up old memories and feelings forgotten because there is never a specific face associated with it. which is totally really neat =]

(that was totally /artfag but i can't help it sometimes ^^; )

You know, I never even realized that. But you are totally right. That is an extremely interesting take on it. Hey go all /artfag as much as you please! I adore your comments. You always know how to connect to my photos so well.
It's great =].

hey, i'd love to hear your own perspective on them. i've always been curious about that.

haha well, i try to hold it back to be honest. an over-analytical personality and access to an online dictionary does a pompous ass hat make. in any case, glad you like'um! =D

XDDDDD Pompous ass hats indeed. Interesting nonetheless though. And I would never see you as such, so no worries.

Honestly, I feel that without the faces, I am forced to portray my emotions through body language, rather than facial expressions.. And as you stated, it allows the viewer to personalize it more so.. I really think that your point of view is quite accurate.
Other than that, to be honest I don't plan them out that much.. Ideas pop into my head and I do it. I just follow my brains commands

that's cool and makes sense considering how you stage the photos, kinda natural. you know, it might be an interesting personal challenge/experiment to try and express it with both elements. it might enhance the emotion or create something else entirely!

oh man, i get that too. it's hard to turn off some days DX and makes for really bad sleeping habits haha

 Mhmm. I prefer to have that natural essence in my photos.
That would be interesting, and I am all about personal challenges.. I'll most definitely try and take you up on that. You can let me know how I do =].

ahaha ugh, tell me about it. Damn brain :shakefist:

Great job! Reading a little of the conversation above and thats cool you have done the body expressions. I think we can look to the face for emotion (especially in art) but body language is something that can be just as great. Way to take it to a different level and be creative

I find body language to be much more interesting.. Although I do adore faces. It's a tough call.
 Thank you so much, for the sweet comment <3.
