This is really a wonderful shot. The red is obviously in large part the subject of the photograph and looks wonderful as it contrasts so strongly with the blue tint of the rest of the photo.

I find that the lipstick is also very well chosen in that the red matches the rest of the accessories seemingly perfectly.

The depth of field also plays an important part in this photo, keeping the subject well separated from the background while still creating a particular atmosphere.

There are a few things I think you could try with this, though. Right now you've got your head tilted down to the point that you lose its silhouette in the rest of your skin. It would be interesting if you changed the pose, ever so slightly, to bring your shoulder down and your head a little bit higher and took the photograph from a bit more to the right so that the outline of your head pops out agains the background, rather than being lost in the skintones. Also, there is some sort of shadow/lightplay on your shoulder which is somewhat distracting. It's just a nitpick, but something you may want to consider.
